Greg Robson and his team completed the demolition and rebuild of the back of my house; on budget and; almost to the day of the time frame he stated at the beginning of our first meeting. He went over my plans and we discussed the feasibility of the project and he drafted a contract with my preferences to buy the tiles etc. He worked out precisely what he would do and how the different stages of the rebuild would progress. We had follow up meetings when I had additional questions and he took the time to clearly explain all mandatory administrative certifications and inspections and time frames for each stage of the build. He and his team successfully completed the project I had envisaged and built a light and airy room where there was once just an old kitchen, laundry and bathroom and  doubled my floor space. This was no easy task when adding a modern glass and tile addition to a one hundred and six year old semi-detached house. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and still love to come home and experience the joy of living in a space that was once just an idea; that became a plan which Greg turned into a reality. My neighbours loved his very friendly and very polite team during the build; which was an imperative for me when living with shared walls and garden fences as I needed them on-board with the project. It went so smoothly and Greg’s wife Laura was always on hand, in the office to answer questions or chase up contacts for me whenever I needed help. Nothing was too much trouble for Greg or Laura and Greg’s reassuring  calm professionalism and friendly nature made the whole process a joy. I would thoroughly recommend Robson Rebuild to anyone wanting a hassle free build, on time and on budget.

“Robson Rebuild commenced my renovation in August 2018 and finished on time in February 2019. It consisted of a complete demolition of the existing second story, total rebuild of the second story, removal of some walls on the ground floor and repositioning the staircase.

From the initial meeting with Greg Robson, to the conclusion of the build, I found Greg and his team to be excellent to work with. They always conducted themselves in a professional manner and couldn’t do enough to assist me with the process, particularly as I was living and working on the site during the build. The main builders, Lachlan and Dom were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I cannot speak highly enough about them. They both treated me with the utmost respect and I developed a great rapport with them. They involved me in every aspect of the build and gave me invaluable advice when making certain decisions. It was a refreshing change seeing how much pride these two young men had in their work.

There were some minor, unforeseen issues that happen with every build but Greg and his team resolved them with speed and efficiency and kept me updated every step of the way. I was very happy with all the other tradesmen on the job, as they all worked with the same professionalism that I had come to expect from Robson Rebuild.

One hears frightful stories of builders and the nightmares associated with renovations. I am pleased to say that despite some setbacks with horrible weather conditions (which is beyond anyone’s control) my build went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
